Shawn DeGroot, Jenny O’Brien, and Roy Snell lead YouCompli campaign to educate and develop healthcare compliance professionals

The Titans of Compliance, in alphabetical order, are:
- Shawn DeGroot – president of Compliance Vitals. She provides consulting services for clients in need of practical guidance in a complex healthcare regulatory environment. She also is a past president of HCCA/SCCE and serves on an advisory group to the HCCA/SCCE Board of Directors.
- Jenny O’Brien – president and principal at BlackBridge Advisors. She has been the chief compliance officer at multiple companies, including UnitedHealthcare, as well as a state assistant attorney general and a partner at a law firm. She is a past president and board member of HCCA/SCCE, and serves on the boards of Bon Secours Mercy Health System and St. Charles Health System and the advisory board of Stellar Health.
- Roy Snell – previously CEO of the Health Care Compliance Association (HCCA) and the Society of Corporate Compliance and Ethics (SCCE). He co-founded the organizations and was their first president. Roy also is a former Mayo Clinic administrator, consultant, and compliance officer. He has been named twice to Ethisphere’s “Most Influential People in Business Ethics” list.
