Connect Your Culture of Healthcare Compliance to Create Value

A proud member and supporter of the HCCA community,  YouCompli CEO Jerry Shafran will moderate “Culture of Compliance and Value Creation.” The online seminar takes place Wednesday, January 25, 2023. 

In this 90-minute online seminar three healthcare compliance leaders will look at how building a culture of compliance creates value for your healthcare organization. Joining Jerry is Jay Anstine, compliance program director, Banner Health, Donnetta Horseman, chief compliance officer, Moffitt Cancer Center, and Maeve O’Neill, behavioral health compliance officer. 

Learning objectives include: 

  • How a culture of compliance – and effective training and measurement – are critical to Compliance’s ability to deliver value to the organization.
  • How to build and measure a healthy culture of compliance at all levels of the org, from front-line workers to the CEO.  
  • How to influence across to your colleagues and down to the front-line managers and staff whose mindset and behavior may need to shift for the organization to be in compliance.
