Affiliate Partners

YouCompli and the Affiliate Partner refer business back and forth as the opportunities come up. This may include referral fees when a new client is brought on. Affiliate Partners will: 

  1. Earn commission rates on referrals and lead generation 
  2. Have access to co-branded marketing materials and campaigns 
  3. Position themselves as trusted advisors in the compliance space 

Integration Partners

YouCompli and Integration Partner’s solutions are integrated either through SFTP or API integrations. Integration Partners will:  

  1. Identify and collaborate with complementary software vendors in adjacent domains 
  2. Develop joint value propositions and go-to-market strategies 
  3. Offer bundled solutions and cross-selling opportunities 
  4. Collaborate on value-added integrations between YouCompli’s platform and complementary solutions 
  5. Co-market and execute joint go-to-market strategies 
  6. Cross-sell and upsell to existing customer bases 

Reseller Partners

A Reseller Partner re-sells YouCompli’s solutions. Reseller Partners will have a book of pricing from YouCompli that they can mark up as necessary as they resell our YouCompli solution. YouCompli will complete implementation, but the Reseller Partner will act as Account Manager and Support for the client. Reseller Partners will: 

  1. Partner with independent CCOs and compliance professionals 
  2. Leverage their expertise for client engagements and advisory services 
  3. Offer YouCompli’s software as part of their service offerings 
  4. Benefit from attractive margins on software sales through pricing mark up 
  5. Access to joint client demos, consultations, and conference participation
